Annual information (Title X of the law of 16 June 2006/Circular CBFA FMI 2003/2)

Introduction

Title X (Article 66) of the law of 16 June 2006 on public offerings of investment vehicles and on admissions of investment vehicles to trading on regulated markets (the so-called “Prospectus Law”) establishes that, at least once a year, issuers of securities must provide a document listing all the information they have published over the previous 12 months to comply with their obligations under European Union and national legislation concerning securities, company law, issuers of securities and securities markets.

Since GBL uses its website (www.gbl.be) to disseminate the above-mentioned information, the company has opted, as required by the Prospectus Law, to provide the annual information through this summary document, and to make it available for the public on the company's website.

The following information covers the 12-month period from March 2009 to March 2010, namely the period between the meetings of the Board of Directors that drew up the annual accounts for 2008 and 2009 respectively.

It is possible that some information may have become out of date in the meantime.
